Super Glue Remover For Your Skin

Being glued may be one of the most annoying thing that you could experience. The burning sensation that you feel after it lands on your skin and the tightness when it starts drying will definitely annoy you. Then you will have to struggle on getting the glued part removed which is kinda bit hard.

These super glue dry quickly and is known for sticking on any surfaces. Thankfully there are ways on how you will be able to remove this from any unwanted places. This articles will provide you tips on super glue remover that you can create yourself using ingredients that can be found in your home.

Our skin is very sensitive which means that anything that it gets contact with can get a reaction and if this thing sticks its very hard to remove. Try to peel it off first using your fingernails and see if it can be removed easily, there is a fifty fifty chance to this. In some cases, this wears off easily when pealed.

Now, you have to wait for it to completely dry first before you start removing. Carefully start peeling it off using your fingernails. If using your fingernails is hard then try using a tool like a tweezer. Start slowly at the very edge, if it will not budge or it already causes pain then stop.

Soap and water. These two ingredients is available in every home. Simply add soap to a warm water and put it in a container. Make sure that the water is soapy enough. Soak the affected area of your skin for 60 seconds or more. If you feel like it starts to soften up then try to peel the glue.

Scrape the glue away if ever it is still very difficult to get rid of, try to use a spoon handle or spatula for this. Soaking it again is recommended if you still find it hard. Do not worry if it does not work at first try, you need to do it for a couple of times to completely work. There is another thing that you may use and that is a lemon.

Instead of using water replace it with lemon juice or mix the two together. The reason for the effectiveness of the lemon juice is the acid present on it. The acid can melt or dissolved the glue that is currently present.

If you have a nail polish acetone remover then you are saved. However, you have to be very careful since the chemical that is present on the product can irritate and dry sensitive skin. Gently apply the acetone on the area where it is affected. Never use a cotton swab when applying to avoid harmful reactions between the cotton and the cyanoacrylate. Leave the acetone which is on the skin for a few seconds.

Petroleum jelly is another option. The chemicals present in the jelly can also remove the glued part. Rub a good portion of the jelly and start rubbing it in the affected are in circles. The glue will then starts falling off and do not stop what you are doing until all of it will be removed. All you have to do afterward is to wash your hand with water.
