The results that an individual wants to get at the end usually determine the choice here. The control panel of the device is then filled with the vectors in form of g-codes or scripts.

Upon uploading into the g-code, the vectors and subsequent selection of the center point, the work piece is then fed into the table. So as to limit movement, it has to be held in place with the aid of clamps. The machine needs to be jogged a little to appoint where the bit is directly aligned over the marked center point. This is followed by marking on the work piece the absolute zero.

This machine can be used to produce a wide range of products. Some of the most commonly produced products include sign boards, musical instruments, moldings, door carvings, wood panels, exterior and interior decorations, and furniture among others. This machine also helps in automating trimming processes in thermoforming of plastics.
