The flavor of the meat depends on the type of seasoning used. The process is done once the membrane is removed. It is spread across both sides of the meat. You should ensure that you select the best seasoning products and apply a tablespoon across the meat. You should ensure that the meat is tender by adding some mustard coating.

After you have seasoned the product, you should cover it with aplastic paper. It should then be safely kept in the refrigerator. It should not take less than 8 hours in the fridge and the main purpose of the process is to ensure that all the applied flavors penetrate inside the meat.

By this time, the cooking area should be well prepared. Go for the woods that do not leave much smoke on the meat. Yours should be observant of the temperatures that you will cook the meat. The steady temperatures for both meats should range at 250 degrees. The baby backs cooks for 4 hours while the spare ones cooks for 5 hours. Ensure that you cover the meat two and a half hours once you have commenced the cooking process with aluminum foil.

The perfect time to add the additional flavor is during the wrapping period. You can add the apple juice, or grape juice to enhance the flavor. You can add other seasoning products at this time but it should be done with moderation. You can also apply the source during the last minute of the cooking. To apply it you should remove the meat form the heat, apply the source evenly and return it. It should then cooks for 15 minutes.
